KC Commercial Realty Group (KCCRG) was formed in 2007. It is comprised of two Principals, David Bayer and Scott Jerwick, who have more than 30 years of combined commercial real estate experience, specializing in retail development, leasing and property management
David was a Principal and Director of Retail Leasing with Copaken White & Blitt, where he was responsible for leasing and managing retail strip centers, major lifestyle centers and enclosed regional malls. Scott was a Vice President with Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group, where he specialized in landlord representation and tenant representation. David and Scott have worked with and established relationships with industry-leading national retailers and successful local and regional retailers.
