Chuck Harmon

Project Manager

Providing leadership and proven expertise in real estate, development, property management and construction management, Chuck has been working in the industry for over 40 years and has managed over 6 million square feet. His vast experience includes planning, approvals, negotiations and execution of a wide range of capital improvements.

He is currently serving as construction and project manager and owner liaison for the new 5 story, 56 Unit Centropolis Apartments located at City Market SEC of 5th and Grand in Kansas City.

Past notable projects have included 95th and Quivira as well as Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, Bridge Harbor, a 156 Acre Mixed Use Development including 174 commercial slips in Callaway, FL, as well as

the Applebee’s Corporate headquarters in Lenexa, KS, and AT&T Town Pavilion in downtown Kansas City.

Previously, Chuck was the Director of Construction and Development for Copaken White and Blitt where he was involved in project management, planning, entitlements, tenant coordination and construction management and opened over 500 retail stores. He was Instrumental in CWB’s steady growth and reputation as a successful and reliable developer of retail and office projects; increasing GLA at major

retail centers in K.C. Metro area, Illinois, Long Island, N.Y, Illinois and St. Louis.

Services included Tenant Coordination, PM and increasing responsibility for miscellaneous major capital improvements

Chuck’s awards include the US Green Building Council’s Silver LEED certification & KC Business Journal’s Capstone Award as project manager for the 180,000sf Applebee’s Corporate Offices in Lenexa, KS.
