Kaw Valley Greenhouse Returns to Heritage Square

Kaw Valley Greenhouses has signed a lease for their temporary 15,000 square foot Lawn & Garden Center at Heritage Square in Olathe, Kansas. David Bayer represented the Landlord.

 

KC Commercial Realty Group was formed in 2007 and has focused on third party retail brokerage, leasing and property management with an emphasis on premium service to their clients. Currently the company represents several local/national retailers in the market. In addition the company has listing agreements with more than 2 million square feet of retail property for lease and over 250,000 square feet of retail space under contract for property management.
