Panda Express selects Tenant Representative

Panda Express has selected Justin Cottrell, Principal of KC Commercial Realty Group as their exclusive Tenant Representative in the Kansas City Metro Area. Justin will be assisting Panda Express with their expansion plans in Kansas City. Panda continues to look for pad sites and end cap locations throughout the metro and surrounding communities.

 

The Panda Express story started with Andrew Cherng, an inventive young man from the picturesque Yangzhou region of China. Andrew’s childhood was filled with the wonderful flavors of authentic Chinese food as his father was a master chef with a unique gift of creating irresistible flavors using the finest ingredients. Panda Express is now in its 29th year of business and over 1,000 restaurants strong throughout the United States generating over a billion dollars in annual revenue.

 

KC Commercial Realty Group was formed in 2007 and has focused on third party retail brokerage, leasing and property management with an emphasis on premium service to their clients. Currently the company represents several local/national retailers in the market. In addition the company has listing agreements with more than 2 million square feet of retail property for lease and over 250,000 square feet of retail space under contract for property management.
