New Nail Salon Signs Lease at Deer Creek Marketplace
Rajeunir Nail Spa has signed a five year lease for 1,512 square feet at 6928 W. 135th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. Kyle Perez of RED Brokerage, LLC represented the Tenant and Scott Jerwick represented the Landlord.
KC Commercial Realty Group was formed in 2007 and has focused on third party retail brokerage, leasing and property management with an emphasis on premium service to their clients. Currently the company represents several local/national retailers in the market. In addition the company has listing agreements with more than 2 million square feet of retail property for lease and over 250,000 square feet of retail space under contract for property management.
