Pet Shop Tenant Comes Full Circle
Olathe Pet Shop signed a seven year lease for 3,013 square feet at Heritage Square in Olathe, Kansas. Marty Boxberger of City Properties represented the Tenant and David Bayer represented the Landlord.
Evan Boxberger has a lifetime of experience in the Pet Shop Industry. He started his career in the Pet Store that originally occupied the space which he has leased at Heritage Square. Evan’s Pet Shop concept will include supplies for household pets as well as tropical fish, small animals, birds, amphibians, reptiles and arachnids.
KC Commercial Realty Group was formed in 2007 and has focused on third party retail brokerage, leasing and property management with an emphasis on premium service to their clients. Currently the company represents several local/national retailers in the market. In addition the company has listing agreements with more than 2 million square feet of retail property for lease and over 250,000 square feet of retail space under contract for property management.
