Yogurtini Finds Fifth Location

 

Yogurtini, a self serve yogurt store with fresh toppings, is set to open their fifth location.  They have leased 1,750 square feet adjacent to Five Guys Burgers and Fries.  They are located in the South Glen Shopping Center at 119th and Metcalf in Overland Park, Kansas.  Scott Jerwick represented Yogurtini, and Sharon Wilkins of RED Development, LLC represented the Landlord.

 

Yogurtini was founded in Tempe, Arizona in 2008.  They offer 16 flavors of non-fat premium frozen yogurt, with 6 of them being staples like vanilla and chocolate.  The other flavors change on a rotating basis every month or so.  Some of those flavors include Mango, Green Tea, Acai Tart, Blueberry Tart, and Cheesecake.  Yogurtini also gives the consumer a choice of 65 toppings, including granola, fresh fruit, cereals, candies, sprinkles, and even jalapenos. Prices are based on weight of the creation, and are charged by the ounce.

 

KC Commercial Realty Group was formed in 2007 and has focused on third party retail brokerage, leasing and property management with an emphasis on premium service to their clients.  Currently the company represents several local/national retailers in the market. In addition the company has listing agreements with more than 2 million square feet of retail property for lease and over 250,000 square feet of retail space under contract for property management.
