As Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships, Amy Kuhnlein manages sponsorship and development plans to enhance City Market’s presence and involvement in the Kansas City community.  Her role includes grant management, which allows City Market to make necessary improvements, produce community-minded programs, and enhance the cultural relevance of City Market. She is also responsible for strengthening corporate relationships by identifying, evaluating, and analyzing the partnership pipeline to prioritize key business opportunities for City Market and the surrounding area.

Prior to KC Commercial Realty, Amy worked in public health as a community affairs manager. Her focus was on partnership building to improve healthcare access to citizens in low income and marginalized communities. She was part of the early COVID-19 testing program in Kansas City.

Amy is active in the Lyric Opera of Kansas City local chambers of commerce. She currently sits on the board for the Friends of the Kansas City Public Library, chairing the Young Friends of the Library organization.
