With more than two decades of extensive experience in city and office administration as well as contract oversight, Jennifer has been affiliated with both public and private entities including city facilities and public venues. Her background includes a variety of industries including freight and logistics, event management, catering, and broadcasting. Since 2014, Jenn has played a vital role in the daily operations of City Market in areas including income and expense management, tenant relations, property management, and contractor coordination. With her expert knowledge of city health codes and requirements, she has been instrumental in the management and recruitment of City Market’s commissary kitchen, helping establish many fledgling restaurateurs and local culinary entrepreneurs. Jennifer’s history and insight are primary assets for KC Commercial Realty Group as City Market Director of Operations where she manages daily operations including overseeing the property, processing work orders and contracts, facilities maintenance and improvements, housekeeping and support staff scheduling.
